You get to choose whether to remotely see and hear a small glimpse of what people in Gaza are suffering from. They do not get to choose whether or not to experience it firsthand.

Mosques are the holiest buildings for Muslims and its where they can gather to pray together five times every day. Since the beginning of Israel’s onslaught on Gaza, Israel has been extensively targeting mosques killing many of those praying inside. A recent survey by the Heritage for Peace group suggests that over 100 cultural landmarks have been damaged or destroyed, which mostly encompasses places of worship.
This following are some instances of this war crime:
The greatest and oldest mosque in Gaza, the Great Omari Mosque which was hit by Israeli air strikes on the 8th of December.

One of the most beautiful mosques in Gaza, Al-Hassaina Mosque, was destroyed by Israel on the 16th of November.
The Imad Aql mosque was destroyed on the 21st of October:
The 7th century Al-Omari Mosque was targeted and destroyed on the 20th of October:
The Church of Saint Porphyrius, thought to be the third oldest church in the entire world which was hit on the 19th of October.

This video shows IDF soldiers laughing after bombing a mosque. This was prior to the conflict.
The IDF is also targeting mosques in the West Bank. In Ramallah, on the 17th of November, an IDF soldier threw a stun grenade inside a mosque as the Imam began the dawn call to prayer.
